Shop Policies

All orders ship in 3-7 business days, depending on workload. 

 

A tracking number for your order is provided once your order has shipped and is sent to the email used to place your order. 

 

Please double check that your address is correct before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address if it is what was provided to me. Customer will be responsible for re-shipment fees if a package is sent back.

 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item(s) to send back for a full refund. Shipping costs not included. 

 

NOTICE: Due to the nature of wax products, any candles or wax melts are non-refundable. 

 

If you believe your package may have been lost in the mail please contact me so we can sort it through your local usps with your tracking number. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your tracking status states “delivered”.
